When we began looking for a spa I had no idea it was going to be nearly as complex as shopping for a new car with choices like options, quality, reviews, warranty, colours etc. After spending a considerable amount of time “shopping around” to educate myself it became clear to me that Arctic Spas hot tubs had the right sales staff, the right product & the right idea.
Coming from a mechanical background I was more interested in the inner workings of a spa then I was in the visual esthetics. I wanted to know what made them tic from the inside out. Joel was able to answer any questions I had, and with considerable knowledge. This was what I wanted to hear.
We’ve had our Kodiak Ultra for nearly 2 months now and are very pleased with our decision to buy an Arctic Spas. We’re actually looking forward to winter this year! In fact, I’ve dubbed our new tub “my winter toy”.
